Prophet Andre FrazierBorn and raised in Laurel, Maryland, Prophet Andre Frazier is a passionate soul winner committed to seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. His prophetic call was publicly acknowledged in October 2018. Known for prophetic revelation, charismatic teaching, and impartation, he carries a distinctive anointing that awakens the believer into divine purpose. Licensed under Bishop S. Y. Younger at The Ramp Church DMV, he serves on leadership and leads the Intercessory Prayer Team. In August 2025, he was ordained as an Elder in One Way Churches International. He is the visionary founder of Power Surge Movement (launched August 2018) — a mission to restore, refill, and recharge the believer. The annual Power Surge Conference has grown from 80 attendees to 400+ registered guests and has reached 300,000+ views globally.
